As we built these tools, we focused on three key pillars:
- Ensuring CPOs keep control. We build options about how insights can be shared — full or restricted access to the product, by sharing a report or through a point-in-time export.
- Private data needs to remain private. Privacy runs in our DNA. Knoetic’s shared insights give CPOs user management granularity to ensure that sensitive information is never exposed.
- Keep things simple and elegant. We believe that users shouldn’t need a statistics degree or be an expert in SQL to understand your business. We make sure things work like they should and are intuitive to use.

Streamlined User Management
With just a few clicks, admins can create new accounts for employees to access reports and dashboards. Even more importantly, they can restrict access to certain data to ensure that the right people only have access to the right data. This means fine-grain control over what data each user can see.
Shared Reports
Want to share a more limited scope? Any user can create a custom report and share it directly with a decision-maker. These reports stay up to date as the data evolves over time.
Chart Exports
Export the PNG of any chart in Knoetic to share in a board deck or in an all-hands meeting.
